Summary:
To prepare and serve alcohol to guests consistently.
Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? Formulate beverages according to established recipes ? Serve guests in compliance with TIPS and guest service standards ? Ring up transactions and make the correct change ? Requisition work station supplies to maintain pars and monitor quality of product ? Initiate and establish superior guest service including drink recommendations and informing of specials ? Utilize and implement TIPS training to prevent and recognize alcohol-related concerns ? Set up and close work stations in compliance with established procedures KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge and Certification Required:
? 6 months bartending experience Preferred:
? High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience ? Successful completion of and certification from Bartending School ? 1-year cash handling, bank reconciliation experience and point-of-sales system experience Skills Required:
? Accurate and detail-oriented ? Strong organization skills ? Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills ? Excellent problem solving skills Abilities Required:
? Ability to work fast and efficiently ? Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene ? Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner ? Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voiceSalary:
